Donation Levels = Amputation Levels

$1 – $199 = Partial Foot

$200 – $499 = Ankle Disarticulation

$500 – $999 =  Transtibial (below knee or BK)

$1,000 – $4,999  = Knee Disarticulation

$5,000 – $9,999 = Transfemoral (above knee or AK)

$10,000 and up = Hip Disarticulation
